Frax'd is a fractional car ownership platform based in San Francisco, CA. Founded in 2021 by longtime premium automotive event professional and car enthusiast Karel den Ouden.

Our mission is to connect premium dealerships to new fractional car owners by lowering the barrier to exotic car ownership.

Frax’d achieves this through its online car management platform enabling dealers to unite multiple fractional car owners together to purchase, manage, service and support fractional ownership.

With Frax'd we are redefining what the ownership experience of the car of your dreams should be. We are breaking down the problems that most (prospective) exotic car owners are familiar with: The stress, the (lack of) time, the maintenance and most of all: The opaque costs.

Over the past years I have had the opportunity to collaborate with a large variety of premium car brands, hosting events on- and off the track. While working up close with attendees, an unaddressed need for a hassle-free, accessible and hybrid ownership experience became evident.
Therefore we set out to make it as easy as possible for dealerships to address these needs.
